I love shrimp! I love seafood!
If you like shrimp, this will blow your mind. If you can decide over liking shrimp or not, try this recipe you’ll be hooked.
3- 4 sweet potatoes cut “fries style”
1 pound shrimp
1 bunch asparagus
(remove 1 inch from ends and cut in half)
1/2tbs butter
4 tbs olive oil
parmesan flakes
1tbs cream cheese
pink salt & pepper
chilli flakes
3 garlic cloves cut into small pieces
put the potatoes in a bowl salt & pepper them
sprinkle them with 2 tbs olive oil and mix well
cover a cookie sheet with parchement paper
spread the potatoes on the parchment paper
preheat oven at 380F and cook them until moist (10-15 minutes)
change the heat to broil and keep an eye of them until the get crisp on the outside
heat a frying pan on medium
put the garlic in the pan
after 1 minute put the shrimp into the pan
salt & pepper & chilli flakes
let cook for 3 minutes
put the asparagus
let cook for 10 minutes (until asparagus tender but still crisp)
mix with 1 tbs cheese cream (I added 1 tbs milk)
place nicely on a plate
put parmesan flakes on top
