4 tbs plain yogurt (use whole fat yogurt is healthier and it tastes better)
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs flax seeds
1 tbs coconut flakes
1 tbs dries cranberries
1 tbs crushed pecans
1 tbs sliced almonds
and 2 – 3 tbs rolled oats
2 – 3 strawberries (or any other fruit)
