Pretty Brussel Sprouts

 

I really liked the vivid green of this, until now unthinkable to eat, veggie…

 

 

 Cut the brown end of the brussel sprout and then cut it in two (for 2 individuals I used about half a pound).
Chop half of white onion and fry it lightly in 2 tbs of olive oil. 
When the onion turns yellow, put the brussel sprouts seasoned with salt and pepper.
Then, when the sprouts are roasted add a cup of water and let it simmer until soft.
Kinda like this!
