Baked Salmon with Pecan- Garlic Crust

2 pieces of salmon

1/2 cup pecans

4 garlic cloves

pink salt &black pepper

2 tbs olive oil

 

Place the salmon in a oven safe pan.

Put the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend.

Cover the fish of the pecan mixture.

Cover the pan with aluminium foil.

Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes.

I served it with roasted zucchini and asparagus.

But you can also have this fish with rice or mashed potatoes.
