When I made the butternut & acorn strudels, I also made this cheese strudels that I absolutely love!
It’s really easy to make! You just use half of the dough you made for the butternut & acorn strudels and fill it with a cheese mixture! 😀
4- 5 cups bulgarian or greek feta cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
Mix all the ingredients together and fill the dough with the mixture.
Roll the dough as here and bake!
