Sunny Side Up Eggs with Prosciutto and Sautè Mushrooms

You need:

 

3 slices o prosciutto

5 -6 champignon mushrooms

2 green onions

some feta cheese

pink salt& black pepper

1 egg

2 tbs butter

 

Sautè the thin sliced mushrooms in 1 tbs of butter.

Place the prosciutto on a plate and cover with the mushrooms.

Fry the egg in butter, season with pink salt and pepper.

Place over mushrooms and garnish with slices of green onion and feta cheese.
