Holidays treating everybody well?
I had the best Thanksgiving lunch ever at some friends’ house. Best ever!
The dish I will show today is something you should try when you’re done with all the leftovers.
It’s super easy to make, it’s delicious and it looks pretty fancy in the plate. 🙂
You need:
4 chicken thighs
12 slices prosciutto
12 asparagus
few slices of parmesan
pink salt & black pepper
cayenne pepper
dried oregano
Rub the spices on the chicken thigh.
Place 3 prosciutto slice side by side on a plate.
Put the chicken thigh over the prosciutto.
Cover the chicken with parmesan and place 3 asparagus on one end of the chicken thigh.
Cover the asparagus with the other side of the chicken thigh and stick everything in place with a couple of toothpicks.
Place the chicken thighs in a pan covered with parchment paper and bake at 380 F for about 30 minutes.
Try it with a clean toothpick to make sure it’s ready and serve with mashed potatoes.
ENJOY!
