This time with arugula and shrimp… and Prague ham.
Make your own dough, that’s the secret!
Dough:
1 cup warm water
1/2 tbs brown sugar
1/2 sea salt
2 tbs good olive oil
3 cups unbleached white flour
Put the water together with the yeast in a large bowl and mix it well with a wisk.
Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix well.
Start incoportating the flour little by little until the dough is smooth and doesn’t stick to the hands.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm spot for 30 minutes (until double in volume) .
Sprinkle a fair amount of flour on your working board and start rolling the dough using a rolling pin
(or do it with your hands starting from the middle of the dough and working your way to the edges).
12 shrimps
1/2 clamshell mushrooms
2 slices Prague ham
1/2 cup arugula
pink salt & black pepper
1/2 mozzarella ball
parmesan
1/2 tbs oregano
1 tbs butter
2 garlic cloves
2 – 3 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tbs cayenne pepper
1/4 red onion
Crush the garlic cloves and sautè them with the shrimp in butter.
Mix the tomato sauce with 2 tbs olive oil, pink salt & pepper, cayenne pepper and oregano.
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and start covering the pizza with the rest of the ingredients.
Bake it at 350 F for 30- 35 minutes!
ENJOY!
I know, I did!
