Delicious Hummus with no Tahini

1 can of chickpeas rinsed and drained

3 tbs greek yogurt

2 tbs kalamata olives

2 tbs green olives

1/2 jar artichokes 

salt & pepper

1/3 cayenne pepper

(skip it if you don’t like spicy food)

lemon juice

sun dried tomatoes to put on top

1 tbs olive oil

 

Puree all the ingredients in a food processor.

Adjust salt and lemon juice to taste (I like everything sour, spicy and salty).

I really like hummus but I never tried to make it myself until now.

It is way better than what you can buy in a grocery store.
