I think I am starting to lose all creativity in the kitchen… too many spinach salads lately.
2 cups spinach (arugula would also be great or kale)
4 prosciutto slices
4 kalamata olives
small piece of feta cheese
few slices sweet onion
pink salt & pepper
extra virgin olive oil
1 warm tortilla cut in smaller pieces
There you go, still is not chocolate!
