Green Squash in Egg Crust

  2 green squash 2 eggs flour pink salt & pepper olive oil Crack the egg, season with salt and pepper and beat them lightly. Cut the squash in thin layers. Cover the squash in flour and then with egg and repeat the process. Fry them in olive oil. ENJOY! Advertisements
