Can I call this cooking?

INGREDIENTS:

2 summer squash

asparagus

2 portabella mushrooms

2 tbs shredded sharp cheddar

2 tbs shredded mozzarella

1 garlic clove finely chopped

pink salt & pepper

chilli flakes (optional)

good quality olive oil

butter (optional)

2 pieces of wild salmon

First start the oven at 380F.

I just cut the squash like shown in the picture, put it in a bowl with the asparagus and season it with pink salt&pepper&chili&some olive oil.

Then I seasoned the salmon with some pink salt& pepper and some olive oil.

After that, I placed the fish and the veggies (well spread) on a large pizza sheet covered with parchment paper and placed it into the oven.

The portabella mushrooms were the star of this dinner.

I seasoned them with same as the rest of the veggies, but I added the garlic and the cheese on top.

I placed the mushrooms in an oven safe pan covered with olive oil and then into the oven.

Dinner was ready in 20 minutes! And it was delicious!!

P.S. For extra flavor, add some butter on the fish and mushrooms when you serve this dish.
