Chicken Liver for Dummies







1 cup chicken liver

4 garlic cloves

pink salt & pepper

extra virgin olive oil


Wash the chicken liver.

Heat a frying pan at low heat (about 5- 6), and add the olive oil and the chicken liver.

Season with salt and pepper and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Crush the garlic and mix it with 1/3 cup of water.

Add the garlic to the frying pan and let the chicken liver cook for another 15 minutes (until done but not dry).

And yes, I served them with a side dish of rosemary potatoes…again! It’s just that good!
