Now that’s a title right there!
I don’t like/have steak sauce inside the house, but I absolutely love soy sauce so that’s what the “twist” stands for (I am showing you the gun right from the beginning, just like Cehov).
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS:
1/2 pound grass-feed organic ground beef
1/2 red pepper (or any other color)
1/2 small sweet onion
pink salt & pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
HOW TO:
Chop the onion and the pepper (big pieces in my case).
Heat a skillet on medium- high, add the olive oil and sauté your onion and pepper (about 4 minutes).
Add the meat to the skillet and divided it in small pieces.
Season everything with soy sauce and pepper (add salt only after tasting, the soy sauce is usually pretty salty) and cook until the meat is well done.
Remove from heat and add the cheddar.
Serve on toasted buns with lots of salad.
Enjoy!
Looks fantastic!!! Love it!!👌
Thank you! You’re very kind! 🙂
