Ugly cookies are delicious… and they’re actually pretty. It is the first time I am making this type of cookies, even though I’ve been planning to make them for years now. I try not to bake unless I have a reason, which this time was Saint Nicholas day, and share the sweets immediately after I remove them from the oven (in this case). I have the worst sweet tooth, the only thing that works for me is NOT IN THE HOUSE! I don’t believe in out of sight- out of mind. If I have something sweet in the house it’s on my mind until it’s no more. Anyways, my neighbors are very young with fast metabolisms and it was a holiday, so it was the perfect time to bake. Did I mention that I love to bake? No? I love to bake almost as much as I love to eat. #problem.
These cookies are so easy to make and so cute in their ugliness! Mamas out there, these cookies would be a really delicious and fun project to make with your kids especially around this time of the year.
