Disclaimer: This is not my recipe, it was developed by a voracious meat eater who also happens to love pasta…
So here it is, without any changes, just as I promised. 😀
The Sauce:
chili flakes
pink salt & pepper
oregano & basil
2 tbs olive oil
4 tbs tomato paste
4 tbs water
Mix all together.
The Meat:
almost 1 pound ground meat
3 – 4 garlic cloves chopped
1 tbs olive oil
Put the oil with the garlic into a frying pan and let it cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
Add the meat and cook for 4 – 5 minutes (the meat should be well cooked).
Add the tomato sauce and leave for 2 minutes.
The Pasta:
Fill a large pan with water. Add 1/2 tbs salt and olive oil and bring to a boil.
Add the pasta and let it cook for a few minutes.
Ready? Put the meat over the pasta and cover everything with parmesan!
