Chicken Liver with Noodles




Chicken liver might not be something very popular in US, but it was one of my family’s favorite dish back home.

Hence, once in a while, when I find chicken liver in stores, I enjoy creating new food combinations using it.


You need:

a pound chicken liver

1/2 cup red wine

3 tbs sour cream

pink salt & black pepper

2 tbs olive oil

2 garlic cloves




Start cooking the liver in a frying pan on medium heat.

When liver cooked on all sides, add the wine and season.

Let simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add the minced  garlic cloves and the sour cream, mix well.




Let cook for 2 minutes and add the boiled noodles.

Mix the noodles into the sauce.

Serve with sour cream.
